After a super crappy day at work, I got home about 7:45 and was exhausted. My darling hubby was watching the twins game and didn't want to miss a second, and I was to tired to even zap somthing in the microwave. My Jasyen asked how I felt about Chinese... I felt great about it! We called in an order to Happy Garden Chinese in Downtown Minneapolis. In less then 15 minutes a nice guy showed up with a bag full of treats. Chicken fried rice and Jasmine rice for me, Beef fried rice and sweet an...

On Friday I spent a hour with an amazing woman named Linda. She is my good friends mother who happens to be quite an amazing photographer. We drove her to the airport to begin her travels that would end her in Afghanistan. She is going to cover the elections that will be taking place. Linda has been to Aghanistan many times since 9/11. She also has been to Iraq to cover the war. She has brought back some of the most amazing photographs I have ever seen. There are filled with pain, joy, and...

I had a wonderful girls weekend away up north this past weekend. We went to a resort and had an awesome time! I think girls weekend should be mandatory once a year. A few bottle of wine and girl talk, you can sure learn a lot about people! That all said, I am so glad to be home. I missed Jaysen SOOOOO much. I keep having to hug him to make up for lost time! I think it is funny that in 3 days you can miss home so much. I came home and took a nap in my comfy bed, and snuggled with my cats. I...

I thought tonights debate was a sucsessful one for both parties. Both did a good job of getting their point across and clearly labled where they stood on different foriegn policy issues. I think both did a pretty decent job of being respectful and avoiding dirty politics and low blows. With the exception of smirks from Kerry and a shaking head from Bush, the two seemed to be act respectful towards eachother. As many American's, I was undecided before watching tonights debate. Although I...

Ok I think I need to learn the lesson of NOT keeping things that are heavy on shelve above my head! I just had Jaysens tool box fall out of the hall closet and onto my foot, while tring to pull off a bag on the same shelf. OWWWWWW! It hurts bad. I cant tell if it is worse when I put weight on it, I think it just plain hurts. THere is a nice little bruise already though! You would think we would have learned this lesson before. I mean, Jaysen had the Iron fall on his head while putti...

I had high expectations of my day off today. I was going to get up early, clean the house, do laundry, pay bills and call my Grandma and see if she wanted to go to lunch. Instead it is now noon and I have done nothing. I watched Saved by the Bell, and the news. I need to move off my butt! Maybe a nap would motivate me! Just kidding, I think the first step is getting out of my pajamas!

Today marked another negative pregnancy test. I was praying that this would be the month. Maybe next month, then the baby would be due end of June..... I am still obsessed, I was holding some ones 2 month old baby at the football game tonight, he was beautiful. I held him for about 45 minutes and I could have snuggled him forever... I hate all these negative pregnancy tests....

This morning I got a call from an friend Kristy and it really made my day. Kristy and I worked together last year and really hit it off. We spent a ton of time together, and she even lived at our house for a while. In Febuary she moved back to Michigan, and we kind of lost touch. We moved, and our phone number changed, Our cell phone numbers changed, and she does not use email. Then the phone rang this morning and my Kristy is on the line! She had tracked down my number. (Which is amaz...

Recently I wrote an article about how I was angy when someone parked in my spot I pay for. Link A certian blogger (we will call him MJ) felt the need to leave irrelevent comments in my blog "I can understand you being mad... I mean, really I do. But THAT mad? Mad enough to rant about it? Sounds like someone needs to have a few of life's conveniences taken away for a while... There are a couple hundred thousand troops in the middle east right now that would LOVE to trade places ...

My wisdom teeth are ripping through my gums at this moment and causing me extreme amounts of pain. My wisdom teeth are finally coming in at the age of 22, and I need to get them out asap. Why do we even have wisdom teeth if most people just get them yanked out anyway? Maybe it is providing me the wisdom that when my future children are teething, not to get upset or annoyed when they scream, fuss and throw a fit. Getting teeth in hurts like nobodies business.... Owwwwww......... ...

On Saturday a new record was set in Minnesota, and it is not one to be proud of. It was for the fastest speeding ticket in MN history. Samuel Tilley (age 20) was clocked by MN state partol aircraft going 205 miles per hour on a motorcycle that he did not have a licence to drive. The posted speed limit was 65, which means he was going 140 miles per hour OVER the limit. He was racing with another rider who was ticketed for going 111 mph. I am just in disbelief that someone could ...

This morning my husband had to get up an extra 20 minutes earlier than he ussually does so he could bring me to my car. Instead of being crabby about it, he woke me up with kisses and hugs. As we were driving to my car, he went out of the way to caribou, to buy me a hot tea for my sore throat. Isn't he a doll? I am so lucky to have him.
