Hopefully I can copy and paste that address on my browser, as it isn't coming up as usual.
Congratulations on the baby. It is good that you can write about the experience. (My computer was in the shop with virus troubles during the week that our baby was born)
Now watch as much TV and as many movies as you can for the next seven months, because baby won't let you for a while after that.

Hi, Joey! Congratulations!! She is such a beautiful baby:) I can't wait to see her in real.
I am so proud of you going through the labor without epi. In Japan a lot of people believe that if you go through the labor without medication, you will be a stronger mother and you give more love to the child. ( Actually it's the more pain you had, the more love you can give.)
Don't forget to take care of yourself. See ya.
