We just started working with a real estate agent to begin our home buying adventure... Wow, what a lot of work just even deciding which houses you are interested in looking at. We want to start by looking at townhouses, There were 400+ in the cities and prices ranges we were interested in, so our realtor weeded through them for us and came up with 100+ for me to look at. Last night I narrowed it down to 22 and then today 12. That is just townhouses we are in seeing!
I can only imagine what the single family homes are going to be, when he weeds through those listings for us this week.
One thing is for sure though. I want to get out of this apartment. I can't wait until our lease is up, and then hopefully no more rental living!!!!!!!
