It's possible that Jamie might have disabled commenting from non-registered JoeUsers - because it's not missing now - Alot of people do that to discourage the people they've blacklisted from making rude comments on their blog -- I'm not suggesting you would do this but it just seems like the most likely explanation for why you can not comment on his article
