A great CD

A favorite band of mine recently changed there name to Dropping Daylight due to copyright issues. Their last CD under there former name(Sue Generis) I somehow had not bought. So I bought it last night before I would not be able to due to name change.

Let me tell you.... I wish I had not waited this long. It is so damn good. I found myself putting it on a loop in my stereo and just listening to it over and over. The lyrics are strong, but the music is somthing else. Talk about talent. It is quite amazing. The piano really stands out. Which is very cool because there piano player is also their vocalist, and his voice is strong. So he has quite the talent.

I think my favorite song has to be the title track "back to nowhere". I can't help but sing along. It is full of emotion. You can relate to a lot of the lyics. "Flash you a smile" in the top. There is not a song on here that I don't like.

I don't know if this CD will be re-released under their new name, so if you have any chance to get it before its to late. I would totally recomend it.

I think you may be able to still purchase it through their website. Link

You can preview a few song through the website too.... So order yourself one, you won't be disappointed!

I totally agree with this post. I got the CD as a gift and I do not usually listen to stuff like this (I am 44 and boring easy listening type gal, or country music fan) and I love almost every song on the CD. It is one of the few that my teen and I both agree on.

I totally agree with your views on the band. They have something that I've never seen or heard in music. If you like their music their live show will be even better. Their energy is so far beyond any other show I've attended. Dropping Daylight is a must hear type of band that will blow up soon!

I have heard them MANY MAny times live over the last 2 years. They are already blowing up, we are just along for the ride.

I heard them on MTV three times this month on real world... Somthing is starting to get hot!
