22 kidney stones

Last Friday my poor dad had to have surgery on his kidney. They went in and removed 22 stones from just one kidney. He still has to have the stones removed from his other kidney, but they only do one at a time.

22 kidney stones, I can't even imagine the pain it was causing. Some were deeply embedded in the kidney and the tissue had to be lasered out. OUCH!

I am taking to have a stint removed tommrow.. I have never seen my dad hurting so much.... Please keep him in your prayers!

So sorry to hear about your dad. I'm surprised that grandma or your mom didn't say anything to me earlier. All I knew was that he was going in to have it done (when we were there helping move) but not when. 22 is an incredible amount! Will keep him in our prayers. How long will he have to wait before he has the other kidney done?

We will be coming to the baptism. I haven't called yet. No reason - just haven't.
